Steps to get Poland TRC

Hi,
We are looking for setting up office in Poland and trying to get TRC (through opening a company there). I visited one of the consultants and unable to know the exact procedure/steps. Has somebody moved to Poland by getting TRC. One of the consultants mentioned that initially a company would be opened in our name and we need to hire 2 persons there. Its only after 3 months of business opening, we can apply for TRC. Another consultant denied this process.
Could someone please advise of exact steps and the amount involved. With my research I have get to know various different versions of steps and amount involved, so bit confused. Thanks in anticipation.
