l live in poland will my basic state pension聽 rise to 拢119.30 a week from april. or is it only for peaple liveing in the UK.

You won鈥檛 get yearly increases if you live outside these areas. But if you return to live in the UK, your State Pension will be increased each year.

As far as I'm aware, Poland is in the EEA, so you should get it.聽 The link I provided also has contact details for the UK International Pension Centre, I'd recommend you give them a call if you have any questions.
