Moving to Poland from the US

We are planning to move to Warsaw next year, though Covid has stopped聽 us in our tracks at the moment.
Would appreciate any advice on how to handle it all and where to start. Any advice on polish taxes, private health insurance would be appreciated.聽 Thank you,
