Hello,
Can any one tell me how to take appointment online? I am in Poznan and whenever i open appointment website it鈥檚 all the time not available.

I'm not sure how it is during covid but prior to covid, there were no appointments for collections. You'll receive notification and go in the mormimf, pull a ticket, and obtain your ID. You can always email the info line for Poznan. They usually respond within a day or two. You can also ask the line if your card is ready for pickup.
