Driving license issue

Hello,

I wanted to get driving license. Yesterday I got my through a sms. Now I do not know exactly what should I do. Please note that I had a driving license before which is also defined inside Poland therefore I do not need a practical exam and just theoretical one. So, shall I go to municipality to get paper-based pkk and then go to doctor and then register online to exam or what?

I also wanna change my driving license, I have for Uganda and hard to reach the embassy to authenticate my permit, I want to change it to a polish one, any help?

Hi tshafig,

I would recommend you to go to the municipality, they will be able to explain the procedures to get your driving license.
