Hello everyone,
I got a message from AIMA after complaining about their long decision period with their forms. Instead, I mentioned all the details, they requested some information again and I was confused.
Could you please help me with the answer that fits their requirements?
Name, Date of Birth, and Contact are already given with my first message to AIMA anyhow I will provide them again.
But what is the meaning of "Subject to be Scheduled" and "Preferred area to be seen" ?
Are they talking about the "purpose of the visit" and "the city that I wanted to live in ?"

Dear Sir Or Madam ,
I am sending this message to you because I have not received a response from your consulate in Ankara, Turkey for 1 year by e-mail, consular visit or telephone. I am writing to follow up on my D7 visa application, which has been in process for approximately 16 months now. As per my previous communication, I submitted the original documents for my visa application to the Ankara Consulate on September 9, 2022. Subsequently, I received a request for additional documents from the Consulate on November 18, 2022, which I promptly provided. Despite my efforts, I was informed that these documents did not reach SEF and were forwarded by me on March 28, 2023. I understand that visa processing times can vary, but I am concerned that my application has been in process for an extended period without any updates or progress. As such, I kindly request that you provide me with an update on the status of my application and any additional documents that may be required to complete the process. I would also like to remind you that the legal processing time for a D7 visa is typically less than 16 months, and it has now exceeded that duration which is obvious. I would like to remind you that I am aware of my legal rights and will not hesitate to exercise them if necessary. I appreciate your attention to this matter and would be grateful for a prompt response.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
