How to get a residence permit through marrying with Portuguese citizen

Dear All,

In my case, already married with a Portuguese citizen for a year only....
We plan to move to Lisbon for our new life....
I am non-EU citizen, but my passport can have a VISA free to EU for travel 3 months.
What is the procedure to get my residence permit?

Bit confused as your profile says you are an Italian citizen yet you say you are a Non-EU citizen.

Anyway, I am live in Italy, but I am going to move to Protugual.... Before that, I want to know more the procedure of application of residence permit.
