Hi.

I have an apartment in romania.

I rent it sometimes to friends and family.

I need landlord liability insurance in the case of a future guest causing damage.

Any ideas where I can get it?

You should probably talk to an insurance company or broker that can advise you. I never carried it when I rented out my apartment (I opted for a large refundable deposit instead), but I can definitely understand why one would want to do so.聽 It may be an additional coverage option of "asigurare locuinta"
