May i be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence after studies

i have lived around 4 years in UK and now have come back to Pakistan as my visa was about to over so i thought better to go back for some rest and spend little bit of time with family.I am so keen to Romania as i had few friends in Leeds from Cluj,Romania and they were so loving and family oriented so it made me to Go Romania for my Masters Degree as i had successfully completed my Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in UK.So.i am looking for some advises from people in Romania who can better let me know,should i really come there for study and is there any part time jobs available with studies???Moreover,May i be eligible to apply for Permanent Residence after studies or is there any sort of work permit which an international student can apply for after his/her Master degree??

i am very keen to work in restaurant industry as i was a floor manager on my last job in one of the largest restaurant chain in West Yorkshire..i have a strong knowledge and grip in this field.

I would suggest you to post your resume/CV in the Hotel, catering, bar, restaurant and tourism jobs in Bucharest section. It might help.
