Hi all
we are planning on moving to or near to Pedralba, Valencia
can anyone offer advice, especially as we are looking at a few off grid properties, and are visiting in a few weeks

Sorry I have no advice about the area you mention but if you are thinking of moving after the end of the transition period the goal posts will be moving considerably.

Hi Simon,
We bought a house in Casinos December 2017, which is not far from Pedralba.聽 We have yet to move into the property - a little thing called Covid cropped up just as we were about to move!聽 We now expect to move towards the end of the year.聽 Our house is off grid with only irrigation water supplied.聽 We are just beginning now to sort out our Residencia.聽 If you get back to me with more specific queries I may be able to help, though we are struggling through the systems ourselves at present!
On the plus side, it is a lovely peaceful area.
