Kindly advise or suggest on English speaking schools that are available for children between 3 and 4 years old. I can't find anything on the website at all.

Dear Ms. Fleet,

I don't think you can find a full English school environment in Yerevan, unless you are in the US or UK.
I suggest just look for a school in Yerevan that has english subject in their curriculum.
