Hello everyone,


I need information regarding How I can legally work as a Intern when I have visit visa but employer do not provide sponsorship for internship.


so considering this what legal options do I have to convert my visa status so that I can work as a Intern?

or there is no solution to this problem?

There is no solution. You have to have a work visa or at bare minimum, a normal residence visa (family or student) with a letter from a school stating that this internship is part of your studies.  Now in most cases, there won't be any issue but if lmra inspection happens and you are there on a visit visa, there will be problems.

So now my question is that if i have work visa of one company A, am I allowed to work for company B with having company A visa?

No you cannot as per law.

You can work with company B on company A work visa with a legle agreement or atleast a letter from company A that company A is a sub contractor of company B
