No. They have a golden visa due to the primary applicant ie you.

@XTang,聽 thank you so much, logically , what you said is correct, what i observed that the validity of my family Golden Visa are not connected with the expiry date of my Golden Visa since obtained in later dates, however, if there is no clearity ,i have to continue with mine also

Yes. If you filed for a dependent visa for them after getting yours then expiry doesn't matter. Because the moment yours is cancelled, theirs will be too, no matter what the expiry.
