changing electric bill to my son name-reg

Is it possible to change EWA address to my son name without disconnection. Please clear the doubt. If can, what I have to do and how many days will take.

Your son has to be either the property owner / joint owner or co-lessee in the case of a rental property.    Change of name only should be pretty quick.  Check with EWA helpline.
