Hi,

While working with an emigration visa in my own sponsor's (sheikh family) another partnership company (registered with LMRA) caught by LMRA聽 and fined BD100 for me & BD1000 for company on 2014.

But the company assured that there will be no problem comes in future because my visa has no relation with LMRA. But the case goes to the court and company paid the said amount through lawyer on 2017.

Up to these years i was in Bahrain. Now i am applying for a new visa from LMRA, they are rejecting. What is the solution?聽 My family is here only, My emigration visa will expires within a couple of months.

Please advise....

Read the hundreds of posts on this topic.聽 I have answered hundreds of times.聽 Do NOT work for anyone without a work permit on the same company that you are physically in.聽 The only reason you haven't been deported is because your residence permit is through NPRA and not LMRA.聽 In all likelihood you will not get a work permit from LMRA.聽聽Ask your employer to help.

Hi , I was deported and blacklisted for 3 years for drinking and driving.

Back then I was a Bangladeshi passport holder now I'm a British citizen will I be able to travel to Bahrain for visit purpose ?

Difficult to say.聽 If the system flags name match, they will do a fingerprint check and at that stage you will be deported.

Hi Sir,

Now the time comes for the renewal of my visa for the said matter, Now the employer raising his hands and say they don't know how to resolve this matter. Can you tell any suggestion for this matter so i can tell my employer to approach on that way.
