Theoretically, any GCC country license can be converted.聽 I don't know what's happening nowadays with the political issues with Qatar.聽 Go to the driving school and traffic directorate to ask for conversion - if they are allowing it, they will do it on the spot.

Yes dear you can change it, today I have done it will be 25bd cost included eye test.
Just need a copy of passport, cpr, Qatar driving license only. Same time you will get Bahrain driving permit.
