You will need a lawyers help to clear the case.

And that too if it is a genuine case.  If you actually runaway then there is no removing the case.

Not if it has been reported to the police.

@XTang my friend who left same company of mine before me was also called at the police station and he's arrest for unknown reason so am also scared to go to police, LMRA told me there is no case with me. What should I do
