Any idea if Directorate of Traffic issue Certificate of No Apprehension? Im living now in France and would like to convert my Bahraini license to French but they require this certificate and I have no idea what will be the requirements to get it and if a representative can request in on my behalf.

I had bahrain license which i converted in France, i got 1 letter from D of traffics
Which i translated in french in france
And after few months they sent me the french one
