Pregnant trying to get married here in Bahrain

Hi, my fiancé and I was supposed to get married last year but due to COVID-19 it was delayed.
The problem is we have been trying for baby and just recently found out that we are having baby after all the doctors help.

I look online and about all the info for marriage here but just worried about Pre-marital marriage check up. Will there be any problem if you are pregnant if you do the test?
Hoping I could get clear answer for this.

Delivery is the issue.  Checks and tests, no.

So you mean it’s ok to get the pre-marital test even when you are pregnant.

But why would it be problem for delivery of the baby when you are married already?

If you are married then there is no issue in delivery.   I was answering your question from the angle of  not being married.

We are only hesitating to get married because we don’t know if there is a issue if you are pregnant and going to take the pre-martial check up

That is your choice.  For normal checkup, there is no issue even if you are not married.  There is issue in delivery.
