Is there any place in Tehran where foreigners meet?

I know only 2 places in Tehran where foreigners meet. 1is in Mirdamat street聽 shopping mall last floor Chinese cafe called " eight wok + grill bar". 2 San Marino infront of Geytareh park ( ice ceeam shop). If anyone know any other please let me know

Hi Raindrop,
If you mean just shoping and ... no I don't. but if you wany to see historical part (building, streets and ...) in Tehran you can manage to have a visit the quartier Oudlajan(between Baharestan Sq. and 15 Khordad St.). It is also called Naser khosro and Pamenar quartier. I have been working there with local and disadvantages people.
