Information on the process of visiting Kuwait

Im going to kuwait on a tourist visa in January to visit my Fiancee and her family(she is a filipina).

i am an american citizen. (if it changes anything)

my questions are.

When i arrive in Kuwait i will actually be looking for a job, i already have 1 secured job as backup, who will sponsor my visa and so on. <-- that is allowed right?

Next is, When going to Kuwait do i have to have room reservations? I noticed somewhere it said that i had to present where i was staying to the immigration before exiting the airport.
Can the reservation be just for 1 day? or does it have to be for my entire stay seeing as i will probably be changing hotels alot and eventually end up with an apartment (when hired)

so to summarize my questions:

1.)is it legal to apply for a job in Kuwait when on a tourist visa with a company who will sponsor your paperworks? (my filipina fiancee did this)
2.) Do i need to show where i will be staying for the entire course of my time in kuwait?

1- Legal but I don't know if it is available

2- You don't need just show it to the company you will work in,

so its legal for me to go to Kuwait on a visitors visa and apply for a job?
