Rentals in Salmiya are very expensive...

Jazzbluecurls

Hi everyone!
Been looking at some of the apartments in Salmiya, and the prices are out of whack and the size of each room is more likely to fit my box of sardines!!!..
All my friends have left the country for good so you would think the real estate market would come down?!? I just don't get it.

I think you're assuming real estate agents' mummies and daddies are married.

Hi there!
Agreed..Lately if you're driving by Shaab in and out of the area as I have..every single building posts a rental sign...
Desperate measures...I would reduce my rental properties in this case
Oh what a Greed in deed!
Peace!
