Hello everyone,

As a consumer in Kuwait, you may seek to maintain a healthy lifestyle by choosing mostly organic products. If you do favour such products, we would like to know more about your consumption habits.

Is it easy to find organic products in Kuwait (cosmetics, food, etc.)? Where can we find them?

Are organic products more or less expensive than in your country of origin? What average monthly budget do you spend on them?

Can we rely on labels on organic products in Kuwait? Are the origins of the products verified by an organization?

Are organic products part of Kuwaiti culture? Have you ever tried to make your own organic products (candles, toothpaste, gardening, food)?

In your opinion, is the consumption of organic products only a fad or does it have real benefits on one聮s health?

Organic products is not available in Kuwait generally. But there is some items you can find in some stores.

Hi there,

Organic veggies are easily available in lulu with a special packing and of course the price is quiet higher than the usual. There is separate section for organic veggies. Regarding the authenticity of labeling - god knows whether its really organic or not, just make your mind believe that its organic and consume it before something else comes to your mind.

If you want to be sure then the only way is to go directly to the farms in Kuwait like Wafra, Abdally & Kabad and you can get some veggies directly from there and you can be double sure that its organic. I have been to different farms in Kuwait and I have bought veggies and fruits from there like beetroot, cucumbers, carrots e.t.c.
