Dear Forum Members,

Just Want your suggestions its been 4months now since I have been working here in Oman with a company now I'm planning to resign from my job and empolyer is demanding money from me (recruitment charge) that I'm ready to pay to them now my concern is will they give me NOC or not Because I have new employer who is ready to hire me.

Please Assist me.

Hi Aquariansalman,

As unfair as it sounds, granting an employee an NOC is the prerogative of the employer. There is nothing mandatory for the employer to grant their employees with an NOC or a Letter of Release.
