If your query is only if you can "survive" with the said amount or not, then the answer has to be a resounding Yes !

With accommodation and transportation costs taken care of, you are left with only your food expenses and your personal maintenance costs.

Even if you spend R.O. 80/- per month (which is a lot actually, if you spend frugally), you can still see R.O. 100/- in your balance at the end of the month.

If you are careless with your money and spend lavishly, then even R.O. 8000/- would be less. So it's entirely up to you on how careful you are with your purse strings.

Suggest you take some time out to read about the cost of living forum discussions, to get a good idea of the costs you can expect. The costs discussed there and the costs now are almost the same.
