Wrong Designation in Work Visa

johnmathew

Last month, I received a job offer from Oman and I accepted it.

Recently, I received my work visa.

The designation offered to me in the official offer letter is different from what is in the work visa.

In the work visa, a blue-collar designation is given while my role is a white collar role.

Is there a possibility of changing the designation in the work visa?

Will the occupation name appear in my resident card and will it be stamped in my passport?

I have concerns that, in the future if I decide to get married, will my family status be affected because of the blue-collar designation in my work visa.

Please help.

Dear it's normal in GCC but do you get the same salary package as was agreed with you, is more important also getting a family visa is entirely based on your salary.

If you need any further assistant you may contact me. Thank you
