Conversion of saudi driving license to omani driving license

Hi All,

I am having Saudi Driving license.

I have got job in Oman.Is it necessary that i have to convert to Omani Driving License.
If yes please explain the procedure and documents to convert it.

I also need clarification in this, is Exit Visa paper from Saudi is required?, should we again go for driving test or you can just convert Saudi driving license to Omani driving license.I heard getting Omani Driving license is costly and I didnt try for it because my job doesnt require it and I have to bear the cost.

Hi,

You can just go to the rop with your Saudi license and they'll ask you to come back after about 3 weeks. They'll verify that the license is genuine and then they'll convert it.
