I would like to know if an employee hired from an African country can live in Qatar without incurring tax liability.

The employee is a resident of an African country, and according to that country鈥檚 laws, there is no requirement for the individual to spend a certain amount of time in their home country.

Are there any tax or other legal considerations in Qatar?

The Employer can contact the Qatar embassy in case of Tax and rule for any legal policy. And employed in Qatar wont have to pay tax.
