Hi.

I am an Indian based in Qatar and have been called for an interview, viz. position of Head of Performance Management in PHCC's Strategy and Business Development Office.

Could someone let me know

1. Salary structure -聽 I know contacting HR would give a more accurate answer but that may take a long time.

2. Possible pay grade and benefits for this position

3. Whether there are salary increments in PHCC

The salary structure varies depending on Grade policy and total years of experience which have a salary ceiling in PHCC.聽 For more info PHCC HR is the only right concern to answer your query.
