Dear All
I require your kind advise. Recently I was interviewed and now have been officially offered a position in PHCC. The job required a doctor with specialisation.and a PHD with 6 years or.more experience. The interview went well and rexommended for job. I receive the job offer which is less than half I earn.in my home country or less than half my.offer in KSA. they placed at level 112. Before declining the.offer how can.I challenge the HR prsctitioners calculation and refusal to refer to higher authority

Might depend which country you are from. If you are from the West then you get a real offer, if not, then you get the lower offer. If you are from the west then tell them and see if you receive a better offer.
