Hi everyone,


I am currently applying for registration on the Saudi Council of Engineers website.


I have uploaded all my documents remaining only the professional certificate. All my documents are in pdf format.


As I tried to upload my professional certificate which is in pdf, the system did not accept the document and returned an error message that only png and jpg files are accepted.


I converted my professional certificate to jpg file and tried uploading it again, and still, the system has not accepted it giving an error message that:

"An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code".


I have continued to try to upload the jpg file but yet the system has not accepted it and continues to give the error message.


What should I do to successfully upload this last document?

@unikaco, please ensure your file size less than 1.4MB eventhough it says you can upload up to 2MB. Good luck....
