Assalamualaykum

Please I need help,if anyone has encountered such issues because I've been reading and also checked YouTube, but no one has talked Abt these issues that I have to help me move forward. I was I Riyadh year 2019 and transferred to Jeddah year 2020 on same company. I resigned after I finished contract. Now I'm joining a new company and recently found out I'm still listed as a contributor in that previous company. No contributions,no related contract agreement.  After I asked the HR to remove me, they said technical error. I  also received a message from mudad justifying their violation,me as unpaid laborer and them saying end of contract,which I agreed to of course.  I didn't know this is a big problem cos new company can't send me my contract cos my old company name still listed as my current employer. Is there anything I can do on my side to remove their name as my employer?
