Qiwa transfer issue.
I've solved this issue by contacting my sponsor/kafeel, he needs to update our information in MOL (Th'deed Al Baya'nat). this need some fees to pay (depending upon the sponsor). once it is updated. in Qiwa itself automatically updates its dashboard, and we can get transfer requests from new employers
