I have simillar issue:

• My company dosn't have QIWA account, due to some reasons (not important).
• So I don't have any contract on QIWA.
• When I received an offer from another Company on QIWA, I accepted it and then QIWA waited for my current employer to accept my transfer.
• But they can't accept or reject this request. (as no QIWA account of current employer)
• After 14 days the status changes to "Auto cancled due to not acceptance or rejection by current employer".
• This happened 2 times with me, my resignation and transfer is accepted and signed by my current employer.
• QIWA online help responded: Go to Labour office with your company Mandoob for transfer
• Labour office responded: that this transfer can only happen through QIWA.
• I still couldn't get a solution. if anyone has any idea please help

You need to contact your employer amd ask him to accept your reqest, if he told you that he do not have Qiwa account, he should create a new account and activate it then go to contract management and accept your new employer request,

I received an offer from another Company on QIWA, I trt to ACCEPT.  BUT THERE IS SHOWING ERROR OCCURED. TRY TO LATER .  I tried several times, but same error showing.  how can i ACCEPT  NEW CONTRACT from new employer?  please advice.
