Pending for notice period 90 days

My new employer send the transfer request through Qiwa. After accepting by me it’s showing the pending for notice period 90 days. My iqama is going to expire after 10 days.

is it possible that request will approved automatically after iqama expiry without completing the notice period or current employer approval.
