Delay in First Time SCE Membership

I applied for SCE registration 2 weeks before and am a bachelor's in computer engineering.Ìý My profile is showing the same cross till the time of submission. what does that mean? Did I miss something? Even on my profile, I am not getting any option to add more attachments under the view my attachments section.Ìý

I have talked multiple times to call-center, but they always said that we had raised the high-priority ticket for resolution.Ìý I am really worried about the delay as it is the pre-requisites to get the Iqama#.Ìý Please help me with your feedback that how could I resolve this issue.Ìý Even I have visited their office in Riyadh and they told me that you will get the next payment email very soon but still no luck.Ìý Â
