How to complain of landlord

Salam, friends i need urgent help from you....

i am living with my family in a flat.聽 The Saudi Landlord done agreement of 1 year, i pay him for 6 months, now 6 months will finish after 15 days as per Islamic calendar, now today he has called me and he is聽 black mailing me聽 that get out of my flat or pay me more rent. he is becoming very rude to me, he is also not doing any maintenance in flat as all the fans are out of order, he is calling me again and again that get out of building or else give me more rent. Now how can i search new building within 15 days, i have family with me, dont know what to do or where i go to complain him, please give me advise as i am in very much tension....

Just go to nearest police station or call 999 and ask them to come to your place.Show them your invoice of rent paid for the past 6 months and explain them the situation.hope it will be sorted out.

Salam alaikum brother usman. i have similar situation and i want to fight against this legally. How to contact you?聽 please if we can have call in a day or two. i am in urgent advice of someone who dealt with such situation and complained against the landlord.

Good day brother! Please I need an advise on this. In the 9th month of my living in an apartment, the agency increased the rent with notice, I stopped by their office to ask about other things and that was when they informed me of the increase and that I鈥檒l need to start paying the increase by the end of the month and I told them I can鈥檛 keep up with that, and that I鈥檒l have to vacate the apartment which they agreed. At the end of the same 9th month (April 5th) to be precise, I vacated and handed over the keys to the agency, they inspect the house to see if everything is okay and now they request I have to pay for painting of the apartment or they will not terminate the contract, we鈥檝e been in this for weeks now and they still refuse to terminate the contract, I made them understand that it鈥檚 seen as wear and tear and moreover, they were minor stains not major. What can I do please cuz I鈥檓 not ready to pay them 2500sr for just that. Thank you
