WRONG JOINING DATE IN QIWA CONTRACT

My joining date is 15 yrs later than i joined(instead of 2008 it is written as 2023) so is it not unlawful to change the date and also is it not aganst the law that the company HR force me to accept what is written in the contract without any explanation on wrong joining date?

@shamsheer ali khan you could have disapprove the request from your employer. He has access to edit the contract based on your reason.

before i could do anything, HR withdrew my contract. now they are not responding any any manner.

my point is - why cant hr write the initial joining date when qiwa cleared that initial date has to be entered.

is this not against the govt instruction?
