Without work permit - Exit

I came here in saudi arabia this year January so it's been 4 month's.last week I received a message from GOSI so the message is this -


"Dear Contributor,


Your engagement has been terminated in the General Organization for Social Insurance at establishment number: (1234567) with leaving date as 27/05/2024 and leaving reason as End of the Employment Relationship.


In my QIWA the contract is still there but my  work permit status is "without work permit".


Is anyone can give me the moral of this also , is it possible to issues exit by my kafeel. ?
