These are both small, extremely conservative areas.  You can read a lot about both places (if you're going there to teach) on DavesESLCafe.com.  Go to the teachers' forum.

Here's an idea.  Go to the vertical box to the left of this one you're reading.  You'll see a link called 'network'.  Check out the network for people living in those areas and write to them.

BUT...

and this is a big FAT but ...
