thx = thanks?

You see, this is why we WRITE out words in proper English in this forum--so everybody can understand.

You didn't understand 'yw' in response to 'thx.'

But if you had written 'thanks' and I had written 'you're welcome,' it would have been easy to understand, wouldn't it? :)

Welcome to KSA and happy belated birthday :)

Hey hold your horses yet. If your visa doesn't support, doing a job can prove to be a criminal activity these days :D

Yes, that's very nice but WHAT KIND OF VISA do you have?

The visa i came is house maid in my iqama even is written house maid

I really don't wanna throw cold water on your hopes, here is some reality check:

1- Presuming, your arrived on a house-maid visa, you need to get release from your sponsor.
2- The release will be extremely hard. Rule of thumb: Domestic labor visas (like yours) aren't changed to non-domestic visas.
3- You need to pass an exam to get eligible to work in a pharmacy.

'Arduous ordeal' what should I call it.

All the Best!
