Guidance regarding saving my career

Dear all,

I came to KSA in A Firm on labour visa 5 months ago as i provided a fake agreement by agent...I have MBA degree with 4 years experience in Accounts in Pakistan.
After a meeting with Owner of the firm, they have offered me a supervisor job with a salary of SR 2000/= p.m actually paying (SR 1400/= ) and kept my all degrees and experience letters. They have changed my profession from labor to Supervisor.
聲 They are not paying me SR 2000 and not provided me an offer letter.
聲 I need for Final exit and company is asking me to pay SR 3500 as they have provided me a iqama and insurance card and have changed my profession.
聲 They are not allowing me transfer.
What is the best solution to get rid off this firm?

please help and guide, i shall be very thankful to you.

Best just go home. Why fight? They want you to final exit it is their right under Saudi law. The job didn't pan out go home you will be better off in the long run.

Go on final exit, and them come back legally with a proper job and job title if you really want to be here.聽 Even if they gave you the 2000 now, are you happy with 2,000 as an MBA holder?聽 Even secretaries make 2k to 5k.
