Alhamdulillah I got a visit visa for my Parents. However, they wants to travel to KSA after November this year . I want to check for the stamping what will be the Fee charges as they have increase the charges and visa was issued before the increasing Fee.

OLD Fees + Additional 2000 SAR/Per Passport

No. Visas issued before Muharram won't need the new charges.

They don't announce it separately.

You have to look at the implementation date. In this case it was 01 Muharram. So, anything issued prior to date: the new rules don't apply.
