I want information also about annual leave my 2 years is completed now I ask with my manager for annual leave money he said you got 2 basic salary my basic salary is 2300

And my full salary is 2900 and I check my contract there is also basic salary 2300 not mentioned gross salary and for vacation is mentioned 30 days annually

Have answered this before.  It should be on gross similar to end of service calculation which has all allowances included.  But a lot of companies do it on basic.
