I request to jawasat and saudi government to raid, check all employee profile from company, more expat are labor iqama only but salary and company position was for profession without SCE registration as profession.
1. PLANT OPERATOR
2. TECHNICIAN
3. SUPERVISOR
Should be fair for us.. thanks for all..

becuse its unfair for profession employee, in term of wage salary, due to company not check and review all legal and illegal profession employee as violate, i observed some iqama are labor only but higher salary other than with legal profession with SCE and atestation degree..

Not all fingers are same. I've come across many people who are well educated and high level degree holder but they are incompetent and a liability for organizations. Again, what is wrong, is wrong. Agreed on that.

if its a mandatory for all, it should be fair as same as legal profession, if educated was priority for verify profession, government should be check all expat comapare to company work position and iqama position, should be same..
