For my old saudi counsil license number in 2015

I want to trace and get my saudi council card and certificate. Last 2015. I did not took my saudi council card and certificate from my previews working hospital in tabuk. Because that time i was already 1 month exit in the philippines. The time it release. I came back here to saudi arabia 2016. But since then i did not have the chance to take my saudi council card and certificate i know that is already expired in 2018. But now i want to have that license number of mine. But i dont know where to find it. I forgot already my old mumaris account. And my previews hospital in tabuk couldent聽 find anymore if where is my card and certificate by now. Because that was 2015. How can i know and trace even my saudi council license number only. Pls can somebody help me. How to trace and to track? They said i cannot go directly now at the main office of the saudi council its all now online. Because of our situation pandemic. But i dont know how to trace and to tract online. Pls can somebody help me? Pls
