Visit your Embassy and leave the Country because Huroob is costly to the extent that embassy can only help you leave saudi with minimal costs such as Pcr test airticket and some other costs but entirely from your pocket

After 15 days kafeel also can not cancel. My one friend removed haroob from outside with more than 13k.

Very surprising that you have Haroob for 16- months, you are still indecisive on it. First decide what yo want , then go to your Kafeel (to stay in KSA)聽 or Embassy (to leave KSA forever).
