Qiwa transfer

AATIR HAMIDI

One of my friend has accepted the qiwa contract and a new employer supposed to make payments of 2000 SAR but now new employer is saying that we will the amount once we will see your job visually after that we can make a transfer payment but as you know that without changing the sponsorship transfer employee cannot change the company.
Is it possible that in case previous company which he is working can take any legal action or any possibly to cancel the request.

Please suggest

The new employer should transfer your iqama first and by that time you can start working to them.

We have 3 months probationary period according to our contract to find out if you can do the job well or not and extendable up to 6 months with employer's descretion.

Now, if your new employer is having a second thought and don't want to transfer your iqama, better to find another company.

Just in my own opinion.

And if employee have accepted the contract and new employer will not transfer his Iqama then is there any possibility that if he is getting offer from any third company and he can accept the offer and further get transfer to other employer and the second employer will take action against him .

Should he inform the second employer to cancel the request in qiwa

No one can take action against him for denying transfer.
You simply should ask him to give you transfer because he can take action against you and put final exit on your visa.
My friend this new system is just digital but the basic laws are still old.
So be careful.
And for that second employer, just ask him to make iqama.
Otherwise after 90 days notice period you can go anywhere.
Ask you current employer to cancel the process.
