Current employer not showing in qiwa after new request acceptence

Hello Good Day
Is there anybody who can tell me that i resigned from my company and recieved new transfer request in qiwa by new company and once i accepted the request and then status changed to Pending for Current Employer Approval then i informed to my old employer for accepting the request now my qiwa showed me the same status that Pending for current employer approval but not showing my current employer name on qiwa only showing new employer request.. Plz tell me is it why that may be my old employer accepted my request or what is this problem my current employer why hide from qiwa??

qiwa is updating their system maybe its just a technical issue

Don't worry.
When your current employer accepts the request then it will show.
And Qiwa is under constant updates.
Don't be afraid.
