If you manage to arrive/land in Saudi Arabia BEFORE September 2, 2021, all you need to do is to log-in to your SCE account and update your mobile contact number. Scroll down your SCE profile dashboard, and in the "Electronic Services" tab create a ticket to change your old iqama number with a border number. This border number is a 10 digit arabic number manually written on your passport upon arrival in the KSA.

Once you've got your new iqama, log-in to your SCE account, create a ticket to change the border number with your new iqama number, Jawazat update and Yaqeen verification. Hope this helps.

If you return back to KSA in an Engineer visa, it is mandatory to register with SCE for the issuance of new Iqama.

1. If I reach saudi arabia after 2nd September do I need to apply for the membership from the initial stages like creating an account, uploading document and payment of fees again.
2. If not in engineer visa. Then what?

No registration, no issuance of new Iqama.
